Vintage Dalmatian Dog Puppy Figurine Sitting Porcelain Black Spots

Super cute little figurine from an estate. I am unsure of age or maker.  There are no chips or cracks.  he measures a little over 2 inches tall x 1.5.  There is a little piece of porcelain on the inside that is loose. I believe the puppy may have been glued down to something at one point.
