Otagiri Japan Dalmation Dog Desk Organizer Pen Holder or cup? not really sure what it was originally used for but I would put pens/pencils in it for my desk.
Condition is good, except a couple of flea bites-super tiny(might just be glaze issues) no cracks or large chips.
The bottom is stamped OTAGIRI
