We ship UPS/FED EX Ground, for the most part, and they cannot deliver to a PO Box. We will ship United States Postal Service for small items. We are happy to get delivery or signature confirmation at your request if you are willing to pay for it.  We prefer using UPS/FED EX because we get a tracking number.
Signature confirmation is required for anything costing over 0 for eBay protection. Should this be a problem for you, please let us know and we will work with you.
